When darker cosmetics are used as a base, the person has no choice but to layer on more color accents to define their cheekbones and eyelids. The overall appearance will not look natural and the time taken to apply these cosmetics will be wasted.

This consultant can take the time to show the person just what colors are complimentary and identify which skin tone colors are better choices over others that litter the countertop.
